This report was built as part of a personal project of mine called The Tactical Bridge, where I used publicly available data sources to produce data-driven pre-match opposition analysis and post-match performance analysis for Chelsea FC fixtures in the second half of the 2024-2025 Premier League Season. Throughout this project, I made use of publicly available sources of data such as Opta via FBRef and WhoScored.com. Additionally, the broadcast clips have been taken from the Premier League official streaming partner in India Disney+ Hotstar, and have been telestrated on by myself.

The attached report is a data-driven post-match performance analysis report on Chelsea's away fixture against Arsenal on 16th March, 2025.
This fixture was marked by a dominant, disciplined defensive display by Arsenal - allowing Chelsea to hold majority of possession but preventing them from creating goal-scoring opportunities once they entered the final third. By taking an early lead through a well-organized set-piece routine, Arsenal were able to see out a 1-0 victory at the Emirates.
