Everton Football Club - Pre-match Opposition Analysis

This report was built as part of a personal project of mine called The Tactical Bridge, where I used publicly available data sources to produce data-driven pre-match opposition analysis and post-match performance analysis for Chelsea FC fixtures in the second half of the 2024-2025 Premier League Season. Throughout this project, I made use of publicly available sources of data such as Opta via FBRef and WhoScored.com. The visualisations displayed in the reports are built using Tableau.

This report is a data-driven tactical analysis on Everton Football Club before their scheduled fixture against Chelsea FC on April 26, 2025 - analysing Everton’s tactics in-possession, out-of-possession, transitional phases, and set-pieces - aiming to predict their possible gameplan against Chelsea FC.
